1. Ownership Rights
Creators retain full ownership of their content at all times. Submitting content to BaloTV does not transfer ownership of the content to BaloTV.
2. Streaming License
By submitting content to BaloTV, the creator grants BaloTV a non-exclusive license to host, stream, display, promote and distribute the content on the BaloTV platform.
This license remains active until:
- The creator requests removal of the content
- Ownership rights change
- A valid copyright dispute is received
- Both parties agree to terminate the agreement
3. Ownership Changes
If ownership of submitted content changes due to:
- Record label agreements
- Distribution contracts
- Licensing transfers
- Third-party copyright claims
BaloTV reserves the right to:
- Temporarily remove the content
- Request proof of ownership
- Enter new licensing negotiations
- Terminate streaming rights if required
4. Revenue Sharing
If BaloTV generates revenue directly from creator content, the creator is entitled to 50% of the net revenue generated from that content unless a separate written agreement exists.
This applies when:
- BaloTV did not financially contribute to production
- BaloTV did not co-own the content
- The creator independently produced the content
Revenue may include:
- Advertising income
- Sponsorship revenue
- Subscription revenue
- Content licensing revenue
5. Creator Responsibilities
By submitting content, creators confirm that:
- They own the content or have legal permission to distribute it
- The content does not infringe copyright laws
- The content does not contain illegal material
- The content does not promote violence, hate or harmful activity
- All music, footage and visuals used are legally cleared
6. Content Moderation
BaloTV reserves the right to review, reject, demonetize or remove content that:
- Violates copyright laws
- Contains harmful or illegal material
- Damages the reputation of the platform
- Violates community standards
7. Copyright Claims
BaloTV respects intellectual property rights. Copyright owners may request removal of infringing content by providing valid proof of ownership.
BaloTV may remove disputed content during investigations.
8. Platform Promotion
Creators allow BaloTV to use thumbnails, titles, clips and promotional material from submitted content for marketing and platform promotion purposes.
9. Termination
Either BaloTV or the creator may terminate the agreement with reasonable notice.
BaloTV reserves the right to immediately remove content involved in legal disputes or policy violations.
10. Agreement Acceptance
By uploading or submitting content to BaloTV, creators acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
